Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

For canceling or modifying the application, please contact us and write to explain at least two weeks before the activity. Both email and fax are acceptable.

Inviting schools/organizations have to be alert of the introduction on our service, especially rehabilitated speaker’s role, so as to avoid embarrassing them at the activity. Regarding the handling of this issue, it is most welcomed to seek assistance from our Team.

For the permission of recording, taking photos or video during the activity, prior and informed consent is required. The permission would be based on the willingness of the speakers.

The activity will be conducted in Cantonese. Contacting us if any changes are needed.

After the activity, schools/organizations will be invited to fill in the questionnaire and return it within one month, for review, improvement and follow-up purposes.
