First in Hong Kong: TGV is the first-ever crime prevention education center established in Hong Kong.
Unique facilities: The center is equipped with simulated jail, maze, and life chessboard etc.
Experiential learning: The center provides Themed Educational Day Camp, highlighting the features of personal experience, debriefing, and reflection.
In an environment with meticulously designed compartments, lighting and sound effects, participants examine and reflect on their daily behaviors and attitudes towards life.
Comparing the similarity of life with a chessboard, every step has an impact on one’s destiny. Participants learn legal knowledge on the chessboard and experience the relationship between choice and consequences.
Equipped with prison fixtures, participants can understand the consequences of crimes through different experiential activities, including sharing from rehabilitated ex-offenders and ex-drug abusers.
Simulating the scene in the prison, participants could taste the life of imprisonment and reflect on the consequences of breaking the law.
With the use of different facilities, different theater scenes could be constructed. Participants play different roles and interact with other roles to experience and explore related issues together.
